Payment Information

Payroll deduction is the preferred payment method, and can be arranged anytime by calling the Trustee’s Office. If a Chapter 13 plan is not funded through an employer deduction, the payments may be made only through certified funds – i.e., money order, postal order, cashier’s check, or certified check. The Chapter 13 Trustee’s Office will not accept cash payments, personal checks, or wire transfers.
